A new marina-side minimalist hideaway with a 2,000 square foot infinity pool, hammam and spa.
Your Yaya’s Greece. The property is as design-forward and streamlined as they come (I.M. Pei would love it).
There are spas, and then there is Mykonos Riviera Oqua Spa—more than 5,000 square feet of pristine pampering, from the thalassotherapy pool to the glowing hammam (yes, it literally glows, and then *you* glow). And despite the fact that treatments include sea mud body masks and warm candle massages, the spa is only the beginning of the relaxation available on hotel grounds. Rooms themselves are restorative, with deep soaking tubs, a palette of sandy and white hues, handmade platform beds, and walk-in rain showers with L’occitane products (ask for one with a private balcony and/or infinity pool seemingly lofted over the sea).
The infinity pool is embedded with “star” lights that twinkle into the night to mirror the stars above. It’s uber romantic, but if you’re being honest, you’ll do anything for Instagram likes.
Of the three restaurants here, you must admit the pool sunset bar is your favorite. Straddling a cliff above the billowing sea below, it’s like cocktail hour on a cloud. You skip the Mykonos-inspired drink list in favor of a fleet of their rare whiskeys, neat. As the sky turns as gold as your new necklace made from an ancient Greek coin, why not drink something to match?
